WETFINFISHING.COM Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date; unworn with tags attached. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.
We provide a $7 flat rate shipping label for your return which will be deducted from your final refunded amount. If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays. When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR GET STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Unfortunately, exchanges and returns for store credit are not an option at this time. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order. If you decide to repurchase, let us know once you’ve dropped off your return and placed the replacement order so we can refund the shipping charge for the new order and waive return shipping fee

WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from wetfinfishing.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
WETFIN is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, WETFIN is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customers responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. WETFIN FISHING is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier.
